Okay really not the best title - due to what I'm bout to say.. but ya know.. song lyrics r forever stuck in my head... drove back from the Queen city today.. 85N came to a screechin halt for about forever... but 85 S.. was CLOSED.. cops everywhere.. and I mean everywhere.. helicoptors.. everything.. there was a tractor trailor.. went into the side.. must've caught flame.. cause there was nothing but the shell left.. and I mean .. barely beams of the shell.. I only can pray that whoever was driving got out.. It can all be gone in an instant folks.. Usually my blogs are ridiculous.. but this is just for real.. People don't read the news cause it's "depressing" no- for real- READ IT.. cause then you can be grateful you are breathing. That's that. Things happen EVERYDAY.. people are lost EVERYDAY- family members, friends, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, .. Take time to look around.. that could've been me today.. it could've been you.. but it wasn't.. lucky us...

Ya know what's fun about radio..

.. people bring us food.. randomly.. businesses just drop it off so we can all shovel our faces.. like.. Chick-Fil-A when it opened in Morehead brought a truckload of yumminess to the station... although my piglet co-worker inhaled all but ONE chicked tender.. and yes I scraped that quickly from the bottom of the barrel b4 someone else hoovered it.. glutens.. grrr.. but today Sams Club brought samwhiches (yes I spelled that incorrectly on purpose.. come with me.. dumb is fun.. only when you're not actually) at any rate.. this means I don't have to make dinner.. meaning I didn't have to run home and bring something to work to microwave.. and ps.. I don't know about your work.. but it's possible our microwave is circa 1930 because I promise 4 minutes on a frozen lean whatever.. n it still ain't cooked.. note to self.. work on office protest over microwave... hmmmmm

BRING IT ON OPRAH

Lord have mercy. I know that her public stance on it is to either.. self promote.. which the woman is a genius at.. or to try and get it thru Rihanna's head. If you're clueless... Oprah has publically made a statement to Rihanna.. saying.. if you go back.. he will hit you again. Which.. those of us in the bizzzznaaassss know.. they're already back together- she's not talking to her family (sad!), and they were holed up at one of Diddys mansions (good lookin out you two timin conceited piece of hoohah.. and yes I've met the man.. I firmly have the right to call Diddy a piece of hoohah.. he is in need of an attitude adjustment). At any rate.. my point is this.. you do not want to tick off Oprah. For the love of everything holy.. she runs the world. Wanna get snubbed in Hollywood.. tick off Oprah. Want to be blasted and watch America turn on you in the drop of a dime.. tick off Oprah. Mark my words.. if Rihanna's stays.. Oprah will say what a poor example she is setting for young girls/woman everywhere. (which I kind of agree- but lets also remember - shes just a girl- and he's probably got her so wrapped up in her mind..that all she wants is his approval and 4 him to love her.. that's how this crap works) .. anywho... that's what Oprah will do.. and Rihanna can kiss her career goodbye. My solution.. depending on Oprahs current eating habits.. either bring a celery platter and some green tea over while doing yoga to balance your chi (or whatever) or grab some ho-ho's and suck up lady... cause Oprah is not the chic to dissapoint. M.I.A. named her baby... poor thing

Did you see the headlines?? M.I.A. named her baby boy... born 3 days after the Grammys. Now granted her name .. her real one.. is all sorts of different as well. But really?? Really. Her childs name is Ickitt. And in this country we like nickanmes... so its lookin like her son will affectionatly be called Ick. Not a good pick if you ask my humble opinion.. Which she didn't cause the conversation would've went something like this... M.I.A. - "Girl- I'm thinkin about namin my boy Ickitt" ... CRYSTAL "Heffaaaa!! Are you crazy.. have you lost your mind?? What you pour on your cereal this morning. That's a negative." .. End of conversation. But atleast she was cute pregnant right.. I for one am still behind her see through polka dotted Grammy outfit.. go 'head with yourself :-)

Lil Hollywood

I will write in red.. cause I can.. whatcha gonna do? whatcha gonna do ...huh?? ... huh?? So.. Hollywood... made me make this blog... Hollywood... made me a to-do list today...For those of you that don't realize.. he is the craziest -most scattered man ever... and he made ME a TO-DO LIST!!!! I'm not sure how I feel about this... does he think I'm crazier than him.. Does he think that he's in a position to help me?? Because in that case... it may be time for professional help.. ugh.. Did I mention he made me a to-do list haha- mark it down kiddies... the beginning of the end. When crazy people want to help YOU... well...exactly.
